What is AIGA Iowa Design Week all about?
AIGA Iowa Design Week was created to celebrate design's impact and value on today's society.
What events are planned?
A full of week of design-related events is planned for October 19 to 23. Attend a screening of Helvetica on Monday, or join us for the networking lunch on Tuesday. Patrick Coyne of Communication Arts will speak on Wednesday. We'll prepare for the Festival of Trees at our paper ornament workshop on Thursday. The week will end with a bang at our costume party on Friday.
How can I get involved?
Invite a friend or colleague to one of the events. Or volunteer to help with an event.
What if I don't live in Des Moines?
Why not carpool with a co-worker, or make a department field trip to one of our events? In the future, we are also open to planning satellite events managed by volunteers. Send us a message >
